My name is Humphrey and I was born in 1993 in Flagstaff, Arizona USA.
Currently living in Cottonwood, AZ, with my Mom and Dad, by the way of Florida and Hawaii; don't ask!

| RELAXING AT DISNEYLAND |
|
I'm still at Disneyland, but today I have no schedule to follow, just a
fun day filled with rides, food and exploring to discover adventures to write
about.
The day was sunny and perfect to just relax. It was fun taking time to
watch the excitement of the crowd as they experienced the festive 'magic' around
every corner at Disneyland.

As for me, the moment I saw the Ferris Wheel with Mickey's face in the
center, I knew I had to challenge that ride.
Besides the wheel going around,
the cars you sat in slid side to side and so did my stomach!
|
Once I was off the Ferris Wheel I was dizzy and I couldn't walk a straight line.
I ate some junk food and then I was ready for more adventures.
There he was!
Sully from the MONSTERS movie waving at me.
He is really big and furry and he knows how to give warm hugs.
I'm still brushing blue fur off me and even Mom had blue fur in her hair.

After waiving good-bye to Sully, I walked on a path that led me to a 'Bug's
Land.'
Creepy, crawly bugs are not my favorite BUT Flik from a 'Bug's Life'
movie is, and there he was wanting to share a hug with me.
Flik told me if I
wanted to come back at night the bigger bugs would be there.

Big bugs?
What bugs?
No thanks!

Moving on, I found a gift shop where I bought items so I could pretend to
be Captain Hook.
I just had to learn how to talk like a scary pirate.
Ahrrrrr!
|
I could hear sounds of ghosts in the distance.
Now was the time to visit
the Haunted Mansion but first
I had to buy a black hat with a skeleton on the
front.
This was to put me in the 'spooky' mood.

But, when I met these two ladies from the Haunted Mansion they scared the
fur off my ears.
I'm not going anywhere with them!
Where is Mom?

|
Traveling down a quiet street I came across the Cheshire Cat who invited me
to tea but I had a lot to experience in the Park.
I thanked him and told him to
say 'Hi' to Alice when he returned to Wonderland.

I could hear the familiar music and knew I was close to 'It's A Small
World' ride.
As we jumped into the boat, Dad and Uncle Mark joined us
Time to sit back and enjoy the boat ride, the music and to see the dressed dolls
representing their countries.

After a long day of exploring, we deserved to sit down, relax and eat.
I
enjoyed the rest and I really loved the special Christmas pizza I ordered.
|
What a surprise I got after
I finished my pizza.
A gingerbread house was
brought to our table by the waitress.
Now that's what I call 'DESSERT'
|

|
The biggest surprise was yet to come.
My family left me to pay the bill!
|
|
|
I had no cash or credit cards
but I did have the combination to
Disneyland's vault.
PROBLEM SOLVED!
|
My final day at Disneyland is tomorrow so I made sure to take some extra
money from the Vault.
I did leave an I.O.U. and used my paw dipped in icing
as
my signature.
In the June issue I will report on the final day at Disneyland, so be sure
