I have loved bears all my life, as far back as I can remember.
They are so
charming, comforting, loving, warm and soft to cuddle.
Bears can keep
secrets even better than a best friend.
They can repel the evil characters from
bad dreams and comfort a broken heart.
Bears can make you brave when you
feel rather timid and small.
They teach you, like no other, to nurture. |

Bears
teach you to be responsible, reliable and to concern yourself with another being
rather than yourself.
What other toy, other than the teddy bear, can become a
part of your family and be a treasured member that carries with it, memories of
those we love and a carrier of our triumphs, failures and keeper of dreams for
our tomorrows? |
Bears make me smile.
They make me feel at home.
I've traveled
the world and almost always had a bear with me.
While at a hotel, guest room or
new home, I can feel at ease with my bear beside me. |

A Bear means I'm never
alone . . . even when I am the only one
in the room.
Collecting for me came as
natural as breathing. They call to me.
Once a bear has touched my heart, I can not leave without him.
I have over
900 bears of all sizes, ages and pedigrees in my bear hug.
I've met many
wonderful artist, been to fun places and interesting shops to find my
bears. Entertainment worth millions!
While some adults may think this a
childish hobby, I find that they often end up touching the bears and reliving
memories of their childhood and their own teddy or toy that brought them much
joy.
Bears touch the heart.
I collect many other items just because, but bears
are special. There is not another toy like them that doesn't care if you are
female or male, young or old, popular or alone; they will be there for you from
cradle to grave.
