My name is Humphrey and I was born in 1993 in Flagstaff, Arizona USA.
Currently living in Cottonwood, AZ, with my Mom and Dad, by the way of Florida and Hawaii; don't ask!

| I'M ON VACATION |
| |
After the February 2014 Tampa Florida Bear Show was over we drove to
Orlando, Florida to begin and enjoy a week long vacation.
|
 |
While Mom and Dad were checking in at the resort, I noticed a cart full of
snacks being pushed by some children.
I walked over to talk to them and they
offered me a cookie and a ride around the lobby of the resort. |
I asked them for
their room number because they had really good snacks.
Later we will meet for
'cookie' time.
|
Still waiting for Mom and Dad to finish checking in at the resort, I decided to go
outside to look for something to do.
I saw a cannon and some cannon balls
sitting next to each other.
Temptation made me load the cannon and then I
pulled the rope.
There was a loud noise and lots of smoke from the
cannon.

At least the cannon ball splashed into the water instead of going through one of
the buildings. I raced back to the lobby before anyone saw me.
|
 |
Finally we went to our room, unpacked our clothes and ate lunch.
Now it
was time to drive to 'Downtown Disney' to begin our vacation.
At the entrance I was welcomed by Mickey Mouse and he gave me the key to
the castle inside the Magic Kingdom.

Arriving at the Disney's Cinderella castle, I met Cinderella!
She was so pretty in pink;
I asked her to dinner and we even shared a special dance.
|
Next, I visited the Lego store.
Woody, from Toy Story, escorted me to the
activity center which was filled with Lego pieces and children!
I looked around and wondered,
"What could I build?"

| I built a Lego truck and helped some children choose pieces for their
projects. |
 |
Before leaving the park
I popped into a store and bought some souvenirs for my friends.
Cory
and Connor surprised
me with a special Disney Award Card.
The card read
"Humphrey is the Best Bear Ever".
That moment was "magical."
|
As we walked towards the exit, Mom decided to be funny!
I had no choice. She sat me in a
display of Minnie Mouse accessories.
That was OK until she put a hair band on me!

Evening time and we were trying to find our car in the parking lot.
Maybe it was
difficult because I gave the girl driving the cart, the wrong color and the
wrong license plate number.
Why? Because the longer we searched for the car
the longer I could sit on her lap and help her drive the cart!

Next adventure will take me to Universal Studios Park.
The first 'must
see' is Harry Potter's World and choosing my very own magic wand.
