Old Coat to New Treasure |

How to enter: Find an old coat at the second hand store, any fabric, fiber or material |
||
| Put the coat on, model it and have your photo taken. If the coat is too small or too big then hold it up to yourself as if you were wearing it; high under your chin and snap a photo. |

| Make a bear or bud, any size and from your own pattern using fabric from the coat. | ||
| The finish bear must be ‘naked’ with only a little neck decoration or a hat. We want people to see how lovely the fabric looks made into a bear/bud. |

Send 3 photos for the URSA Awards Competition. 1. you modeling the coat, 2. the completed bear/bud, 3. and a photo fo the finished bear sitting with a scrap of the coat, or a piece of the coat to the side of the bear. ** You do not have to include the framed photo of you as shown in these examples. |

This "Old Coat to New Treasure" category demonstrates to the collector/voter, how coats can be re-purposed into adorable teddy bears. Deadline for submitting the required photos, with the name of the bear, description including the size and entry form, is due before or by July 10, 2019 |
